Talisha Turner, PhD

Dr. Talisha Turner is the Founder and Chief Strategist of Another Generation Consulting. She has a host of knowledge in Human Resources and Industrial Organizational Psychology. Dr. Turner has over 15 years of experience in HR and has functioned at a high level in diverse industries such as financial services, construction, manufacturing, retail, and military. From 2008 to 2016 Dr. Turner served in the United States Army as a 42A in Human Resources. She has consulted small business owners, start-ups, and in corporate sectors. She successfully founded Another Generation Consulting in the Charlotte Metro area, providing consultation services at all levels. She is a member of The Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) and The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Dr. Turner holds a PhD and MS degrees in Industrial Organizational Psychology and a BA degree in Psychology. Dr. Turner published research titled, Strategies to Engage Multigenerational Workforces, With a Focus on Millennials. Her research interests include employee engagement, organizational culture, talent management, leadership, training, and multigenerational cohorts.
